The strengths of each enneagram type in the workplace.

Her desk has a calendar with methodical notes.  Nothing is forgotten, everything is planned and organised, the big rocks positioned.

As she prepares her social media for the week she pulls out a monthly calendar and begins to write down the possible stories, the photos to collect and the possible calls to action.   Her day is planned, organised with no detail unseen.   She is incredibly focused and efficient.

She’s a one on the enneagram.  Organised, practical, can self lead, and is consistent.  There is no need for micro management, mistakes are rare, systems followed, processes adhered to.  There is never any drama about showing up and the quality of her work second to none.

Once you begin to see how the enneagram operates in the work place you simply can’t unsee.
He’s a 2 on the enneagram.  He works long and hard, takes responsibility for the clients he has to serve; aways going the extra mile.

He hears their needs spoken and unspoken, he remembers not only their names but also how they like their room set up.  He is always available to lend support.  It could be fiddling with IT or helping a client out to their car with all their event gear.  He is trustworthy, caring, supportive and will always go the extra mile. You can imagine the impact of a gift like this in a customer service role.
